BEST PRACTICES

Proper meat handling is essential to preserving the quality and flavor of Wagyu beef. By following a few simple guidelines, you can ensure that your meat stays fresh and safe to enjoy. Below are some best practices to help you handle, store, and prepare your Wagyu like a pro. Check out the FAQs for more tips on getting the most out of every cut.

Thawed Steak in the Refrigerator:Once the steak is thawed, it shouldn't be kept in the refrigerator for more than 5 days, even if it’s in a vacuum-sealed package.

Freezing Steak:While steak can be safely frozen for up to 6 months or more, it’s best to consume it within 90 days to ensure optimal quality.
